For advisory work: roughly where you are in the process, what is still genuinely open, and your timeline. If the protocol is not yet locked, say so. That single fact changes what is possible.
For speaking: the event, the date, the audience, and what you want them to leave with. I build the talk around your program, so the more I know about the room, the better.
If you are not sure which of the two you need, describe the problem instead. That is often the most useful message of all.

Response
I reply personally, usually within two working days. If your timeline is short, say so in the message and I will treat it accordingly.
Confidentiality
Protocols and study materials are handled under NDA as standard. You do not need to send documents to start the conversation.
Where I work
Based in the Netherlands, working across the world, in English or Dutch. Remote sessions are no problem, and I travel for the work that needs it.
